Prosperity and Luck Magic Spell Jar

Spell Instructions:

If possible, undertake this spell on a Thursday or when the moon is new. Find a quiet space where you will not be distracted or interrupted. Take three deep long breaths. Cleanse your space by laying a bed of cleansing salts in a heat proof dish or cauldron. Using tongs light the green charcoal and place on top of the salts. As you watch the smoke rise imagine that you are surrounded by white light. Visualise the white light and smoke cleansing your worries away so that you can focus only on positive thoughts. Light the green candle and as the candle burns write on a bay leaf what you seek to aid your luck (eg. ‘money, new car, holiday, good exam results, promotion etc.). Use a green pen or texta if possible. Using the tongs hold the bay leaf over the candle flame and call to Jupiter, Isis, your personal deity or the four elements (earth, air, fire, water) to aid you in your quest for ...... (bay leaf wish). Place the burning bay leaf on top of the green charcoal. As the bay leaf burns consider what you will release to aid you in your prosperity. Is it fear of failure, unhelpful thoughts, lack of confidence? On another bay leaf write what you will release and again seek a deity’s help. Burn the bay leaf and place again on the charcoal. Add a pinch of Vesta powder on top of the charcoal and continue to focus on the green candle and your affirmation. Once the charcoal has extinguished allow it to cool. Using the empty spell jar write your prosperity wish on the blank scroll. Anoint the scroll with prosperity oil and put it back in the jar. Layer your spell jar with salt, gemstone sand, sulphur powder (wash your hands after touching it) and a pinch of the ash from your spell work. Seal the jar with candle wax (be careful not to burn yourself). Carry the spell jar on your person and use it to remind yourself of what you seek.
